We are inspired by the ancient heritage of this land and our care for the local ecosystem, ensuring that everyone can enjoy this unique place.
We are restoring the natural beauty of the former Schönewiese (translated from German: “Beautiful Meadow”) to bring back its harmonious character. We have recreated wildflower meadows that paint the landscape with a riot of colors in spring and summer. We also plan to deepen and clean the ponds, as well as restore traditional fruit-growing practices.
